The standard fee covers a single class of goods or services. Additional classes and special mark types incur extra fees — final amounts are confirmed when you start your application.
Each additional NICE class beyond the first increases both the KIPO fee and the filing service fee. Exact amounts are shown on the application page.
Sound, scent, hologram, motion, position, collective, and certification marks may require additional review or supporting documents. Extra fees apply depending on the mark type.
