This Privacy Policy explains how iphere (sole proprietorship, Republic of Korea) ("we", "us", "the Company") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data when you use iphere (the "Service"), and the rights you have over your data.
This English version applies to users outside the Republic of Korea. Korean residents should refer to the Korean version (한국어), which complies with the Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

iphere is a SaaS platform that helps applicants and rights holders file patents, trademarks, and designs with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), pay annuities, and manage trademark renewals.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our DPO acts as the contact point for data protection inquiries. Where required, we will appoint an EU/UK representative pursuant to GDPR Art. 27 / UK GDPR Art. 27.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

To deliver the Service, your data may be processed in countries other than your own — primarily the United States and Korea.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes that affect your rights, notify you by email and/or in-product banner at least 30 days before they take effect.
